Let's start with Beaubourg, aka Centre Pompidou in Paris. In "You're the One", Natalie goes there to clear her head and collect herself before confronting Fred.
Opened in 1977 (architects: Richard Rogers, Renzo Piano and Gianfranco Franchini), it houses a Museum of Modern Art, a large public library, a bookshop, giftshop and a movie theater. The large piazza in front of it is the stage for all kinds of ephemeral art.
So, here's what the "Beaubourg monstrosity" looks like. You can love it or hate it, but you won't remain indifferent.
